BABY GIRL

After waiting in the Dr. office for 45 min because who ever made my appointment did not write me into the schedule...this is after drinking 32 oz of water in 1/2 hr and about peeing my pants...we finally got called back. I was so excited to find out and so uncomfortable at the same time (can't go to the bathroom until after ultrasound). And the verdict was.....GIRL! We are so very excited and it just makes everything else that much more real...like yes, I am doing this again :) Here is a picture of her ( Jessica ). One hand is under her chin and her fingers on the other hand are in her mouth...I think she looks like she is smiling. She was so very cute. She kept sucking on her fingers and yawing really big and at one point she even grab her feet with her hands and was playing with them. Only 18 more weeks!!!

Ok I know that this was a lot of posts in a little amount of time. And I could name a dozen other things I should be doing, but I start classes this week and I needed to play catch up since I have slacked since Christmas. I'm not really a New Year resolution type person but it is one reason I love January because by December I have let a lot of things go...healthy meals...budget..ect. and January is just a good "get it back into gear" month.

I wanted to show how Justin plays with his trucks...this is no joke...

They are always in a line or row facing the same way. And boy, if you touch one of those, you better watch out because his whole world just crashed! It is possible that it is an oldest/only child personality trait but I'm not going to hesitate to say that he is a Scussel.

POLAR EXPRESS

Just this last Saturday we went up to Flagstaff, met up with Chads sister and family and went on the Polar Express. It is about an hr train ride to the "north pole." They gave us hot chocolate and cookies, we read the book, and when we got to the north pole Santa came on and gave every one a bell. On the way back we sang Christmas carols. Justins face was pretty much glued to the window the whole time. It really was a fun evening (except for Tanyas "cheese salad"!). I think Matt even sang a few of the songs :) I'm sure we will be doing it again while we are in AZ. So if you are interested.....

FOR MY AUNT RIKI

(He really does love his Elmo tent and new pj's) See you in May!

Oooh Oooh Oooh Looking Out My Back Door

I just wanted to show that YES it does snow (in some parts) of Arizona. Luckily for us we live in one of those areas. And talk about a perfect winter. It will snow 6-10 inches in one snow storm then be beautiful bright blue sunny skies and 40+ degrees the rest of the time.

Making Brownies with Mom

Justin was such a big helper when I made brownies the other night. But it is a good thing we didn't share them with anybody!

FOOTBALL AGAIN!

So, I am a little late but last week or 2 weeks ago was "bowl" week for college football. Since Chad watched every game this was his solution for Justin. To set up a little t.v. just for him so he could watch movies. It only took a couple days for Justin to get bored with that...his face says it all.
And no I didn't complain because luckily for me Chad is not a huge sports watcher. A little football here and a little baseball there.....thank goodness!

Finally.....Christmas Pictures!

The pictures aren't an any real order. I guess that Libby is such a relaxing place to me that I forgot to take any pics there...sorry Mom!Merry Christmas!

Papa pulling the kids on the sled behind the 4-wheeler.

Chad looks pretty comfy with two don't you think

Riding the Carousel in Missoula

Nana and Papa (Tracy and Jeff) took the kids to build-a-bear for their Christmas present. Justin walked around looking at all of the animals and then grabbed a black puppy of the shelf hugged it tight and licked it...so that was the one he got to stuff and keep. During the stuffing part he was more interested in playing with the stuffing then he was putting it inside his puppy.

Taking a bath with cousin Adee. He thought it was fun to drive his cars on her head!

Justin REALLY enjoyed opening the gifts this year. He even cared what was inside....unless it was clothes....those just got tossed! He thought he needed to take the bows and name tags off before opening.

Cousin Adee and Justin eating Christmas cookies. I think they just licked the frosting off and were done!

Such a busy week of traveling...all tuckered out.

PICTURE OF THE YEAR

Inappropriate for the family blog...maybe....a perfect example of our marriage....YES! I am continually trying to surprise/shock/embarrass Chad and he is either so use to it that he is not even phased or he completely ignores it not letting me get the joy out of seeing his face turn red. I love this picture! (not sure why half is white?)

OOPS!

So I really do have all intentions of updating the blog. Actually one of my goals today was to download, save on cd, and print all my pics to get me caught up to the end of 2007. But seeing how I left my camera cord up in Libby I can not do any of these things until I get it.
We did have a great Christmas in Montana and I can't wait to share the pictures with you.....
