Even though He is 5 and will be starting Kidergarden this year (tear!) he was ONCE my BABY. He got this dog "mommy puppy" for Christmas when he was 1 from Great Grandpa Vern and still sleeps with it EVERY night.

While Chad was in Nashville taking a class (eating at yummy places, listening to wanna-b country singers, seeing all the great sites, and the WHOLE time thinking about me since it is on my list of places to visit) I DID NOT wallow in self pity instead I took the kids into Lakeside to feed the ducks!
The loved it! And shared their bread with any other little kid who walked by.
Sometimes the AZ sun is so bright.
Justin: "hey mom, look at those ducks fighting. They are all trying to get that one."
Me: "um...yep" then quickly change the subject

Caleb is such a good happy baby.

I love feeding the ducks and watching my kids feed the ducks. I remember doing it as a kid in Boise when we would visit my Grandparents.

CoLoRiNg....

Such a hard job

"Mom, I think I'm getting too big for the bath."

5 Months

Caleb is good at all the things 5 month olds do...LaUgHiNg, SmiLiNg, and EaTiNg!

Jump Around Jump Around..JUMP JUMP JUMP

I am borrowing this crazy baby toy from my friend. Even though the music is annoying and it takes up way to much space...Caleb LOVES it and I love watching him in it. He bounces around like crazy then most the time falls a
sleep from all the hard work. Sure can't wait to give it back though!

Treat for the Trip

We decided to make (and eat) some chocolate covered pretzels for Chad to take on his trip to Nashville, TN. Most of the chocolate ended up on her hands so in the end Chad left with a very small bag of pretzels.
